The Civil Courts Procedures Committee, Federal Practice Section and Continuing Legal Education Committee present this two-hour program on "The New Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure" with guest speakers the Honorable Karon Bowdre, the Honorable R. David Proctor, the Honorable Madeline Haikala, and the Honorable John Ott.  Judge Ott will provide an overview of the rule changes followed by a panel discussion with Judges Bowdre, Proctor, and Haikala.  Gregory Cook will moderate and the focus of the discussion will be on the practical questions of how these amendments might change actual discovery, scheduling orders, and discovery disputes.
