Join the Birmingham Bar Federal Practice Section for a brief section meeting and CLE program - lunch is provided - on Thursday, November 13, 2014, at the Hugo L. Black U. S. Courthouse beginning at 11:30 AM.  Judge John L. Carroll, Professor of Law at Cumberland School of Law will present "Developments in Federal E-Discovery Law - New Rules, New Technology" starting at 12:15 PM and concluding at 1:15 PM.

Judge Carroll will discuss Recent Developments in Federal E-Discovery Law, including proposed and recent changes in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the developing e-discovery case law, and the impact of new technology.  This seminar is approved by the Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission for 1.0 hour MCLE Credit.

Section members attend free of charge.  Non-Section members may attend for $20.00 (if paying by check, please make check payable to Birmingham Bar Association.  Payment also accepted by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover)).  Seating is limited so register early!  Registration deadline is Wednesday, November 12, 2014.  Click here for a registration form or complete registration online.  All fees due no later than November 10th.
