This one-hour CLE program entitled "Emotional Health and The Practice of Law - Creating Your Balance" will be presented by Psychologist Dr. Rachel Fry of Fry Behavioral Health PC.  Bring your own "brown bag" lunch at 11:30 AM and enjoy conversation with other attendees - the CLE presentation will begin at 12:00 Noon and conclude at 1:00 PM.

Dr. Fry will speak about the specific challenges that attorneys face in achieving work/life balance.  She will educate attorneys on ways to identify unhealthy levels of stress and/or emotional distress and present different tools you can use to manage stress more effectively in your work and personal lives.

Approved by the Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission for 1.0 hour MCLE Credit (including 0 ethics).  Free for current members of the BBA Women Lawyers Section - all others may attend for $ 7.00 registration fee (if not a section member, please click here to download a printable registration form).
