Daniel Evans of The Evans Law Firm PC will focus on the steps to take when you think you may have a class action on your hands.  The discussion will include questions to determine if you are dealing with a potential class action; the adequacy of the client to represent the class and their willingness to proceed; pointers on forum selection, research, evaluation, and evidence-gathering prior to filing of your complaint; thoughts on class definition; and general steps for success and pitfalls to avoid throughout the course of the litigation.  Program moderators are Maurine Evans of The Evans Law Firm PC and Stephen Wadsworth of Campbell Guin LLC.
