This program will focus on recent cases out of the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit that have reached the U. S. Supreme Court.  Our panelists will discuss the justices' opinions in those Eleventh Circuit cases that the Supreme Court has decided and will preview the Eleventh Circuit cases that the Supreme Court has agreed to hear next term.  They will also address the potential for these cases to change or otherwise impact federal trial and appellate practice in Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.  Litigators in both the civil and criminal arenas will find this CLE helpful to their efforts to stay on top of the latest developments in the law.

Panelists include Chris Driskill of Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis LLP, Travis Ramey of Burr & Forman LLP, and Michael Hanle of Jaffe Hanle Whisonant & Knight PC.  Moderating the program is Charles Prueter of Waller Lansden and Maurine Evans of The Evans Law Firm PC.
