Guest speakers for this program are - Marcus Chatterton of Balch & Bingham, Kenneth Bush of Bush Intellectual Property Law, and Andrew Wheeler-Berliner of The Berliner Firm.

This panel will discuss Copyright and Trademark law from registration to litigation.  Special emphasis on pre-litigation strategies for helping clients to avoid litigation, or to secure an early victory if they are sued.  Mr. Bush will primarily discuss trademark registration and management; Mr. Wheeler-Berliner will focus on copyright registration and monitoring; Mr. Chatterton will moderate the panel and discuss best practices for avoiding litigation.  There will be significant overlap between the three panelists and we do not expect to formally split time between the three at this time.
