Our guest speaker for "How to Win (and Lose) Lawsuits" is attorney and author John D. Gleissner, whose presentation will be aimed at the less experienced attorneys who may not have tried their first jury trial.  More experienced lawyers will still benefit, but it will be geared toward those with less jury trial experience.

John will discuss the relative importance of the client, facts, venue (jury & judge), law, logistics, and trial attorneys in discovery, pre-trial evaluation, the decision to take a case to trial and trial outcome.  Attendees will learn something about when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em, a few tips on trial attitudes and techniques, and some pitfalls to avoid.
