The Birmingham Bar Association, as a service to its members and to the public, provides a Fee Arbitration Committee to assist individuals and/or attorneys in resolving fee disputes. There is no cost to request the assistance of the Fee Arbitration Committee to resolve attorney fee disputes, but the decision of the Fee Arbitration Committee is final and binding, and is not subject to any reconsideration, re-hearing or appeal of any kind at any time to any other person, organization or court.
