During the first hour of this CLE, we welcome an outstanding panel of Judges from different 10th Judicial Circuit courts to discuss best practices for handling cases, communicating with Judges and coordinating with opposing counsel. Hear from the Bench what works and what doesn't work, what you should do and what you should avoid doing. In the second hour of the CLE, we will get our annual Ethics update by learning directly from the State Bar Ethics Office what behaviors to avoid in order to maintain our profession's high standards of integrity. Hosted by the Birmingham Bar Association Court Liaison Committee.
