Sponsored by the Birmingham Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section, this one-hour CLE entitled "No Claim, No Shame: Tips for Avoiding Malpractice" will be conducted live in the Lower Level Courtroom of the Criminal Justice Center. Space is limited and pre-registration is required to attend.
Guest speaker is Sharon Stuart, a founding partner of local law firm Christian & Small in 1993 after earning her law degree from Cumberland School of Law. She focuses on complex commercial and insurance litigation, pharmaceutical and medical device products liability litigation. Her trial experience includes a wide range of business tort claims, contract disputes, and wrongful death cases. In 2020, she was selected as Lawyer of the Year by The Best Lawyers in America for insurance litigation.
