Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) new law allows college athletes to earn income as an eligible student athlete.  As NIL continues to gain popularity and clarity, dangers exist for lack of equity.  This presentation will address equitable issues raised, solved, and unearthed with NIL legislation and what attorneys can do moving forward to ensure a level playing field for their college client.
