In this program entitled "Work Comp Claims Are Not Alone - How to Spot Third Party, EEOC, SSDI and Other Claims", our guest speaker, Bernard Nomberg* of Nomberg Law Firm, will discuss how to discover many other legal theories/cases that are usually associated with work comp cases. Moderating this program is Clay Williams of The Martin Law Group LLC, with co-moderator Amy Osborne of Osborne Law Firm LLC.

He received his undergraduate degree in history from Vanderbilt University in 1990, where he played football on a full athletic scholarship. He then graduated from Jones School of Law in 1994. Bernard's practice concentrates on workers' compensation, social security disability and personal injury claims.
