This CLE course, presented by the Birmingham Bar Association Immigration Law Committee, offers a primer for attorneys new to the practice of business immigration.  The course will provide broad-based knowledge and understanding of visas commonly used in the business immigration community to include non-immigrant visas, employment-based immigrant visas, maintenance of status, risk management assessment, and regulatory compliance.
