Struggling with getting evidence admitted into the record in court? Need to brush up on your evidence skills? Just want to learn some evidence tips from some of the experts? The Evidence Essentials series is designed for EVERYONE who wants to be a skilled courtroom practitioner and better represent their clients. Part 1 of this 4-session skills-based series is entitled Evidence Essentials: What You Need to Know about Pre-Trial Evidentiary Matters and Beyond. Our expert presenters will help you understand some of the rules of evidence that arise during the early stages of a case and will provide demonstrations of how to effectively apply the rules. Approved by the Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission for 2.0 hours of credit.
Sessions 2-4 are scheduled for July 27, September 23 and November 3, so please mark your calendar and attend all 4 parts! All sessions are hosted by the Birmingham Bar Association Court Liaison Committee - thank you to that Committee for hosting this series!!
