The Evidence Essentials series is designed for EVERYONE who wants to be a skilled courtroom practitioner and better represent their clients.  Session 1 of this series was at full capacity and the attendees raved about how much they learned and looking forward to the next sessions.

Part 2 of this 4-session skills-based series is entitled Evidence Essentials: What You Need to Know about Experts and Motions in Limine. Our expert presenters will help you understand some of the rules of evidence that arise during your cases and will provide demonstrations of how to effectively apply the rules.  Approved by the Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission for 2.0 hours of credit.

Sessions 3-4 are scheduled for September 23 and November 3, so please mark your calendar and attend all parts!  All sessions are hosted by the Birmingham Bar Association Court Liaison Committee - thank you to that Committee for hosting this series!!
