The discussion for this program will be part refresher on sentencing laws in Alabama discussing Habitual Offender Act and the sentencing guidelines.  Additionally, there will be some discussion of DOC calculation of sentences and updates to the sentencing laws in the last couple years.  Our guest speaker from the Madision County District Attorney's Office is Timothy Jay Douthit.
