In this presentation, Freddrick (Freddie) Effinger will provide a very brief overview of the SSA disability process, but will discuss the issues of a) what to do if your client is working/has worked before they've been awarded benefits but after they were disabled; and b) what happens if my client was found disabled and then began working.  Moderated by CLE Committee member Clay Williams of The Martin Law Group LLC.
