Autumn Caudell, Assistant General Counsel of the Alabama State Bar's Office of General Counsel, will present the Solo/Small Firm Section's annual "Ought Not" Ethics CLE Seminar and will provide an update on ethical considerations for practicing attorneys in the State of Alabama.  Approved by the Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission for 1.0 hour MCLE/Ethics Credit.

Lunch will be served at 11:30am with CLE presentation beginning at 12:00 Noon - limited space available.  We need a head count so you must pre-register to receive lunch.
