In this virtual CLE, guest speaker Diane Dunning of the Alabama Department of Human Resources Adult Protective Services, will discuss changes to Alabama's laws concerning the jurisdiction of Adult Protective Services, how to assist elderly clients, and the establishment of Alabama's Elder Protection from Abuse Act.  Moderated by CLE Committee members Patrick Evans and Melissa Bodie.
