The Evidence Essentials series is designed for everyone who wants to be a skilled courtroom practitioner and better represent their clients. Sessions 1 and 2 of this series were at full capacity and the attendees raved about how much they learned and looking forward to the next sessions.
Part 3 of this 4-session skills-based series is entitled Evidence Essentials: What You Need to Know about In-Trial Evidentiary Issues and Objections. Our expert presenters will help you understand some of the rules of evidence that arise during your cases and will provide demonstrations of how to effectively apply the rules. Approved by the Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission for 2.0 hours of credit.
