In this virtual CLE, guest speakers Justin A. Miller and J. Thomas Richie of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, will discuss recent decisions from the United States Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals relating to free speech and free exercise.  The last Supreme Court term featured several high-profile First Amendment cases, and decisions involving commercial speech and social media regulation have also made headlines.  Moderated by CLE Committee members James Barney and Stephen Palmer.
