This panel of distinguished Justices, Judges, court personnel and experienced practitioners will provide you with tools for improving your brief-writing and oral presentation skills. Persuasive writing and oral arguments skills are essential to being a proficient attorney and at this CLE panel discussion you will learn what the Justices and Judges are looking for in a compelling case. This program will help you better represent your clients and secure more favorable results for them. Approved by the Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission for 2.0 hours of credit.
