Presiding Judge Naftel and Judge Friday will provide crucial updates from the Probate Court and describe processes and procedures that will enhance your practice in the Probate Court.  Jack Carney and Patti Black will discuss steps to help adult children reduce the stress of caring for aging parents and preparing for the eventual handling of their estates.  The speakers will share their perspectives as experts in this area as well as adult children.  The important legal and financial tips provided by Jack and Patti will help parents and adult children manage the challenges of aging and help them maintain relationships into later stages of life.
