The Evidence Essentials series is designed for everyone who wants to be a skilled courtroom practitioner and better represent their clients. This is your final opportunity to learn from experienced practitioners and get inside tips from Judges about what they expect in their Courtrooms. In this final session of our very well-attended skills-based series, you will learn about making proper objections and handling expert witnesses. Don't miss this chance to better understand some of the rules of evidence that arise during your cases. Approved by the Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission for 2.0 hours of credit.
