This course is for EVERYONE - whether you are new to immigration law, experienced in immigration law, or just looking for a good lunch and opportunity to interact with other lawyers, you should register and attend this CLE.
In the first CLE hour, attorneys Kailey Blazek Naranjo and Elizabeth Van Arkel of Dentons will host a one-hour session on prevalent immigration topics, including the importance of immigrant communities in Alabama, employment-based visa categories, and family-based and humanitarian statuses. These are issues that employers are likely to encounter.
In the second CLE hour, Kailey and Liz will offer an in-depth discussion of the highly sought-after H-1B visa category, including critical dates and deadlines to be included in this years’ lottery selection.
