This year, the BBA Court Liaison Committee is presenting a multi-part Zoom CLE series focusing on the rules and procedures that present challenges for attorneys. In this program, two Judges and an experienced practitioner will discuss the proper way to serve third party subpoenas and other topics associated with subpoenas in both state and federal court.
