The Birmingham Bar Association presents Claude Ducloux, a seasoned attorney and an expert in teaching attorneys about how to properly handle IOLTA accounts and other financial aspects of running their law practices. He will clarify what funds go into and can be removed from a Trust Account and how to handle disputed funds along with other details about Trust Accounts. In addition, he will explain the ethical obligations associated with Trust Accounts as well as how to ethically handle third-party disputes and to properly run a law office.
