The BBA Court Liaison Committee presents an informative and engaging Zoom CLE by a panel of experts to help you better understand the process for removing cases from State Court to Federal Court, and what to do if your case is remanded back to State Court. The panelists will discuss various grounds for removal and strategies for defending against removal. They will also provide insights about what to do if your case is remanded.
