Mark Moody, Assistant General Counsel of the Alabama State Bar's Office of General Counsel , will present the Solo/Small Firm Section's annual "Ought Not" Ethics CLE Seminar and will provide an update on ethical considerations for practicing attorneys in the State of Alabama.  

Lunch will be hot dogs care of Gus's starting at 11:30, and the CLE presentation beginning at noon.  Pre-registration is required and space is limited, so register early!
