Rule 32 of the Alabama Rules of
Judicial Administration were amended by order of the Supreme Court of Alabama
effective June 1, 2023. Rule 32, as amended, now provides a method of
calculating child support in cases in which a court order provides for shared
50% physical custody. ASB Family Law Section Chair Sandi Gregory will discuss
these changes and other important things to remember when calculating support
