BBA Court Liaison Committee presents a panel discussion on how to ensure you
are maintaining the highest standard of professionalism in your practice.
The panelists will provide insights on treating opponents courteously and
fairly, demonstrating the highest respect for Judges and the judicial process,
and being respectful and effective advocates. Hear from Federal judges
and Federal practitioners a number of examples and tips for maintaining this a
level of professionalism in your practice.
