In this program, lawyers will learn how to translate their insights about implicit bias into actionable steps they can take to reduce bias in their own decision-making (and that of the organizations they lead). By examining case studies and the best practices of leading organizations in the legal industry and beyond, lawyers will learn how to:
- Identify (and reduce) their own biases
- Develop greater culture competency
- Navigate and resolve microaggressions
- Recognize structural impediments to diversity
- Drive organizational change
