Join the BBA Court Liaison Committee in a judicial panel discussion on Bench Trial Pointers. David Fawal of Butler Snow will serve as moderator, putting
the questions and topics to the panelist judges to provide their thoughts and
input and also involve the participating judges to weigh in as well, to allow
for the broadest perspective on these bench trial topics.
