The applications process for the Spring 2026 Annual Scholarship is now open. Please submit your applications by 5:00 pm on Monday, October 20, 2025. If you have any questions, please contact Jim Wilson at jwilson@birminghambar.org.

The Birmingham Bar Association Memorial Scholarship Fund is managed by the Birmingham Bar Foundation and is sustained through member donations in memory of or in honor of a loved one, family member, colleague or friend. Second-year and third-year law school students from Birmingham School of Law, Miles Law School, Cumberland School of Law or The University of Alabama School of Law are eligible to apply for a scholarship.

To donate to the Memorial Scholarship Fund by check, please send your check payable to the Birmingham Bar Foundation to 2001 Park Place North, Suite 430, Birmingham, AL 35203. To pay by credit card, please contact the Foundation at info@bbfound.org.
